Because of the nature of some of these institutions, clearances are sometimes required. Carbaugh Concrete has worked on many public projects and our employees each have current clearances that are required for educational institutions (Act 114 which includes Act 34 PA State Police Request for Criminal Records Check, Act 151 Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse History Clearance, and CHRI – Criminal History Record Information).
